Caravan Storage Manager


There are several additional modules available for the Caravan Storage Manager software.

SecureSite Monitoring

SecureSite combines Caravan Storage Manager with Paxton Net2 Access Control and Nedap Technology to ensure that your caravan storage site reaches its highest security potential. It automatically updates your site layout to indicate whether a caravan is on or off site. Can initiate a site Lockdown, sound an alarm and send out text alerts if a customer's caravan moves without the customer on-site.

Paxton Net2 Integration

Station Software is a registered installer of Paxton Net2 Access Control systems. We have developed the Paxton Net2 Integration module to allow the Caravan storage Manager to 'talk' to the Paxton Net2 software. This eliminates the need to enter data twice.


The customer details including name, address, telephone number, plot number, Net2 token, vehicle registration number are synchronised between the Caravan Storage Manager and the Net2 System. You enter the details on the Caravan Storage Manager screen and click on the Net2 button. If the customer is a new customer, they are created on the Net2 System. If the customer already exists and the details have changed, the Net2 System is updated with the changes.


Depending on your Net2 System, the Caravan Storage Manager can also display a live list of events from the Net2 System. You can remotely open the gate and also see movements on and off site from within the Caravan Storage Manager software.

Xero Accounts Integration

We have developed the Xero Accounts Integration module to allow the Caravan storage Manager to 'talk' to Xero Accounts software. This eliminates the need to enter data twice. Click to find out more about Xero Accounts.


The customer details including name, address, telephone number, plot number, are synchronised between Caravan Storage Manager and Xero Accounts. You enter the details and create Invoices on Caravan Storage Manager and click on the Post to Xero Accounts button. If the customer is a new customer, they are created on the Xero Accounts System and the Invoice is created as well. If the customer already exists and any details have changed, the Xero Accounts System is updated with the changes and the Invoice is created as well. Invoices are created on the Xero Accounts System, when they have been paid, Caravan Storage Manager will receive the new status and mark the Customer as PAID.

Multi-User Version

Caravan Storage Manager normally runs on a single Windows PC. The data is stored securely in a database on that PC. If you need to access the data from more than one PC, then you need to purchase the Multi-User module. This allows the database to be stored on one PC and accessed from as many PCs as you have a license for. You will need to designate one of the PCs as the 'Master' machine (it can still run the software). This machine will host the database and will need to be switched on at all times so that the other machines can access the data.
