Caravan Storage Manager - Software only

The Caravan Storage Manager core program has all of the features to manage a storage site.

Caravan Storage Manager is available with the following price plans:

Single user system has an installation cost of £599.00

This price includes: Creating your site layout, importing data from your existing system or spreadsheet, remote installation of all software, configuration and training.

After the first month, a subscription fee of £21.00 per month will be charged via Direct Debit. This fee covers technical support, unlimited training and all program updates.

The software will only function with a paid up subscription.

Requirements: The software will only run on Microsoft Windows 7, 8.1 or 10. It requires a minimum screen resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels (1920 x 1080 pixels recommended).

Multi-User

The Multi-User version of the Caravan Storage Manager software is required if you want to access the data from more than one computer. The cost of the Multi-User license is currently £99.00 / workstation on the same network or £149.00 / workstation if on a remote network

Paxton Net2 Integration

In order to integrate with the Paxton Net2 Access Control system, you will need the Net2 Integration Module, This is currently £199.00. This includes all the steps necessary to set up both systems.

Xero Accounts Integration

In order to integrate with the Xero Accounts system, you will need the Xero Accounts Integration Module, This is currently £149.00. This includes all the steps necessary to set up both systems. You will need to pay a subscription to use Xero Accounts. Click here for more information

SecureSite Module

In order to use SecureSite, you will need to have Paxton Net2 Integration installed. The installation cost is £299.00.

After the first month, a subscription fee of £24.00 per month will be charged via Direct Debit. This fee covers technical support, unlimited training and all program updates.

The software will only function with a paid up subscription.
